strange glitch or something in omega ruby...

well for some reason i dunno if this is a glitch or not but i think it is but for some reason i was at the trackless forest hunting for a shiny suicune when i decided to trade one of my pokemon over to pokemon alpha sapphire while i was there but i was playing omega ruby on my other 3ds instead of usually playing it on my 3ds XL and for some reason now i cannot go after any of the legendary beasts i beat the delta episode and rematched the elite 4 and they still did not reappear! and i did not even catch or encounter any of them before i traded the pokemon so i don't see why they just vanished like that... so unless they show up again eventually i think i found a glitch or at least an oddity of sorts in my game...

and a extra thing i decided to try checking some of the other mirage spots that ive not went after yet and none of them work! i dunno what's going on but im really hoping this isn't a permanent glitch if it even is one...
